  • Provide expertise in evaluating new technologies and performing risk assessments.
  • Improve test resource management.
  • Evaluate and improve test resources and infrastructure for aerospace technology.
  • Collaborate with aerospace and test engineers, capability developers, and international customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in test or development of DoD aircraft or weapons systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with test resource management, such as Flight Test Instrumentation, test capacity requirements, or test infrastructure.
  • Experience with technical project management.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition programs.
  • Ability to assess engineering designs and associated test capacity requirements driven by customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across a large international stakeholder community to achieve meaningful results.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience working in an aircraft test program for a DoD ACAT-I acquisition program.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales programs.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and approaches, and associated considerations for test processes and systems.
