The selected candidate will provide product lead responsibilities for the F-35 Electrical Power Generation and Conversion subsystem. Candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with customers, management, and stakeholders. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field Desired skills Experience with power generation equipment or systems. Working knowledge of aircraft subsystem support in field. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels and teams. Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters and solutions with leadership. Experience coordinating Action Request responses and troubleshooting procedures within LM as well as with the customer Problem investigation resolution and root cause analysis experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supplier management coordination and oversight.
  • Production incorporation planning, engineering release, and system checkout support.
  • Drafting of troubleshooting procedures for aircraft issues in the field and release through AFRS.
  • Performing analysis on aircraft data to decipher performance metrics and help isolate failure occurrences.
