About The Position

The F-22 Financial Analyst Journeyman position at DCS Corp involves providing in-depth analysis of financial data, preparing reports, and contributing to financial modeling and forecasting for the F-22 Program at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. The role requires collaboration with government personnel and support in various financial management tasks related to the F-22 aircraft acquisition programs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, including 5 years in DoD.
• Possess a SECRET clearance on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis of financial data and preparation of reports.
• Contribute to financial modeling and forecasting for the F-22 Program.
• Support the development of cost estimates for all phases of F-22 aircraft acquisition programs.
• Assist in formulating program plans and strategies and preparing planning documents.
• Provide inputs to program documentation, including program requirements and cost, schedule, technical, and program risks.
• Support development and maintenance of master integrated program schedules.
• Assist program offices and OSD in performance analysis and cost/schedule status reports.
• Provide inputs to program financial management, including budget formulation and management.
• Assist with verification of data input accuracy into financial/payment systems.
• Research and assist with funds reconciliation based on data from various Government database systems.
• Maintain and update an Unliquidated Obligation and Negative Unliquidated Obligation burn down plan.
• Perform contract/financial transaction reconciliation and closeout duties.
• Work with the Government to maintain the integrity of financial databases.
