About The Position

Mission Technologies, a division of HII is seeking an F-16 Simulator Instructor Pilot to support Air National Guard (ANG) F-16 Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) simulators at Homestead ARB, FL. The individual’s primary responsibility would be to fly realistic adversary air tactics in the F-16 MTT in support of the ANG and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). Additional responsibilities include operating the simulator console during missions to simulate threat representative tactics, defenses, and engagements against blue forces. The individual may also be tasked to provide subject matter expertise in mission planning, simulator academics, and operating debrief tools. This will require coordination with unit Weapons Officer/Instructor Pilots (IPs) to present realistic air picture to achieve mission training objectives.
