About The Position

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the following discipline: Crew Chief. This is a long-term assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Position Responsibilities: Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities Ensures accuracy and quality of training products Coaches and develops others

Requirements

  • Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems.
  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years maintenance management experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with training courseware instruction and maintenance training
