Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri . The Program Manager leads all aspects of the Direct Commercial Sale F-15 Singapore Mandated Upgrade Program. The Mandated Upgrade program provides a unique opportunity to support the Singapore F-15 customer through integration of Link-16 Datalink and Secure Voice Radio for their domestic F-15 fleet. This program provides an opportunity to oversee a very wide breadth of program activities including engineering development, ESIL test, Ground and Flight Test in St Louis, Aircraft Modifications in St Louis and aircraft delivery to an international DCS customer. The program manager will also have the responsibility for leading the program through the Enterprise Standard Gated Process, ensuring adherence to program management best practices (PMBP), managing the program's earned value management baseline and the financials for the program. This opportunity provides a very wide breadth of experiences including international customer engagement, engineering, test and St Louis production.
