About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking F-15 Phase Dock Crew Chiefs to assist in maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This long-term assignment requires candidates to work onsite for a minimum of 2 years, with relocation benefits provided. The role involves overseeing the assembly, disassembly, and modification of aerospace vehicle components, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and/or management.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
• Phase in-depth fighter experience as either APG, Engines, Avionics, E&E, or Aerospace Generation Equipment AGE.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components.
• Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul of aerospace vehicles.
• Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
• Oversees training of personnel.
• Works under general direction and performs Cross Utilization Training (CUT) as required.
