F-15 First Line Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has multiple openings for F-15 Manufacturing Managers (Level K) in Berkeley, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to manage, develop, and motivate high performing teams of employees on the production line. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Requirements
