About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Operations Program Analyst to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO! The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience with Lean principals and experience with process optimization methodologies
  • 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
  • 3+ years’ experience observing, collecting, and analyzing data in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to compile and present reports of a technical nature
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to cross-functional partners, including senior and/or executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience on the F-15 program
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
  • Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
  • Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
  • Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
  • Supports business unit level operating plans
  • Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
  • Performs production proposal activities
  • Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
  • Works under general supervision
