The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer located in Berkeley, MO. As a member of the team, you will support the F-15EX Program. We will look for you to apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Additional responsibilities include assisting with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Drive various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Lastly, you'll use your skills to analyze for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.   • Coordinates and leads System Engineering Technical Reviews of F-15EX development programs
  • Provides support to the systems engineering team through assisting in the development of program/project requirements, performing analyses, and coordinating across teams
  • Assists Program Management with execution of the Program and the various tasks required
  • Prepares data for management review for tracking performance to plan
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources to develop meaningful metrics
  • Develops, coordinates, and facilitates architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Presents informational and/or technical materials in briefing format
  • Maintains configuration control of all meeting materials and meeting minutes
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the tasks planned and communicates status to all project participants
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR 3+ years of work-related experience with a Masters degree.
