About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Vision Services Team as an Eyewear Specialist at our Viroqua Clinic . This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical settings or customer service who is passionate about helping others and providing an exceptional patient experience. As an Eyewear Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting optical sales and patient satisfaction. No prior optical experience is required—we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to ensure your success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service or medical experience
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification within 18 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality optical experience for patients and guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Assist with optical product selection and sales
