About The Position
Want to work where fashion meets function every day? We’re looking for a stylish, high-energy Eyewear Consultant who can deliver honest aesthetic advice, hit sales goals, and make every patient feel amazing.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years optical sales or luxury retail experience
- Natural salesperson who is compassionate and confident
- Fashion-forward with a great eye for what looks good
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing practice
Nice To Haves
- Virginia Optician license is a huge plus not required
Responsibilities
- Ask smart lifestyle questions and turn prescriptions into perfect recommendations
- Style patients in premium and designer frames
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining an Elevated Patient Experience
- Assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and troubleshooting
- Learn constantly and take on new responsibilities as we grow
