About The Position

The Director of Venture Building at EY-Parthenon is responsible for creating and scaling digital ventures for clients, enhancing their core businesses through innovative digital strategies. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute strategies that drive significant business impact, while also focusing on team development and practice growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• At least 3 years of progressive post-graduate management consulting experience in a top-tier consultancy in Strategy, Digital, or Analytics practices.
• Ability to articulate how digital impacts top-line and bottom-line opportunities.
