You will be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions. EY-Parthenon has a market-leading proposition to create and maximize value for our clients, whether they are developing their growth strategy, acquiring, or divesting assets, or undertaking operational restructuring.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Significant transactions management consulting experience.
  • Experience in corporate and/or BU strategy development.
  • Experience in commercial functions (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service, pricing).
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture.
  • Experience in evaluation of market landscape including market size, competition, market trends.
  • Experience in pre-deal strategy including growth assessments.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% on short notice.

  • A proven record of excellence in a transactions and/or commercial strategy role.
  • Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
  • Established networking skills in a relevant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients.
  • Collaborate with EY Parthenon team members to improve returns for clients.
  • Identify and unlock value through improvements in corporate/BU strategy, go-to-market strategy, and optimization of commercial functions.
  • Focus on business and practice development as well as developing team members.
