The Business Operations Associate (OA) plays a vital role in driving the success of our client engagements by providing critical business process support to our client-serving teams to help them deliver outstanding results to our clients. The primary focus of the OA is to collaborate with our senior professionals and support them and their engagements on all matters related to engagement administration. As an OA you will become an expert in the engagement lifecycle within a leading client-focused professional services firm. You'll advise and support our client serving teams to effectively manage their external client projects (engagements) from an engagement lifecycle perspective. You will provide proactive impactful outreach to client serving teams to ensure a compliance and engagement lifecycle perspective on each engagement, and on-demand operational support throughout the engagement life cycle.
