Compensation: Competitive starting pay rate $21.85 to $25.05 Extrusion Thermoforming Machine Operator available shift 7:00PM-7:00PM - 2-2-3 Schedule Duties and Responsibilities: Operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs lines to ensure minimal down time. Ensures production records are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion. Ensures quality requirements are met including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, visual inspection. Trains newer employees in line operation and paperwork.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to stand on your feet and work for an entire 12-hour shift.
- Must be able to climb stairs and work in an environment with high temperatures.
- May be required to obtain forklift certification
