Extrusion Techs are responsible for all aspects of production from start to finish. This includes maintaining a clean and safe operating environment, preparing for changeovers, testing product quality, efficiently operating machines, planning materials for production, immediately reporting any concerns/issues with safety, machines, quality, etc. to the appropriate individual, and more. Compensation for this position will be based on skill, and many advancement opportunities will be available. This may include opportunities within and outside of the Production Department.Work ScheduleThis position works 12-hour shifts, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am depending on shift. This schedule works on a 2-2-3 schedule (work two, off two, work three, and vice versa). The hours per week will be 36 hours one week and 48 hours the following week, then restart.
