Establish common best practices with all stakeholders that can be used on all shifts given the challenges of varying attendance and disciplinary culture levels. Share, coach, mentor, and track best practices. Train new team members to procedures, drive continuous improvement. Increase average productivity to meet pack lbs./table target and consistently exceed cutback, stencil, and scrap saw PPMH targets. Communicate with manager about issues. Quality procedure confirmation, proper packing is being utilized. Set up queue to ensure order are ready for shipment. All other duties as assigned.
