You'll work hands-on with modern equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions
  • Solid problem-solving and basic math skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Previous experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines to manufacture plastic cables
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
  • Accurately follow production schedules and job specifications
  • Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
