About The Position

Position – Extrusion Operator Job Location – Green Bay, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time, Work Hours (Shift) – 12 hour nights 6pm – 6am and 12 hour days 6am – 6pm Starting Pay – $17.91 - $20.75 per hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – At least 2 years of machine operator experience, with HDPE Extrusion experience desired As an Extrusion Operator, you will be setting up and operating an extrusion machine to produce plastic products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of machine operating experience, HDPE Extrusion experience desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Able to read & interpret technical drawings
• Must be team player
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

• HDPE Extrusion experience desired

Responsibilities

• Guiding plastic boards onto pallets from conveyor
• Inspecting finished product for quality purposes
• Plastic grinding
• Perform routine maintenance on machines & equipment
• Maintain production records
