You will help set up machines, make adjustments when needed, and inspect materials during and after production to ensure they meet company and customer expectations. This position also requires keeping accurate production records, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly. We are looking for individuals who have a high school diploma or GED and preferably some manufacturing or production experience, though we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset are essential.
