About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures. Basic knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment setup, and tooling design. Perform set up, operating, monitoring, shutdown, and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Shift: 1st shift, 7am to 330pm, (Sun - Thurs, Tues - Sat) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, etc. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems. Requirements
