About The Position
The Extrusion Operator is responsible for operating and managing the extrusion process on various machines, ensuring quality production of foam sheets. This role requires the ability to work independently, communicate effectively about quality issues, and perform necessary documentation. The operator will report to the shift supervisor and the extrusion manager, and must maintain safety and quality standards throughout their work.
