Through proper modifications to various sections of the machine, troubleshoot, detect, and correct machine-related problems. Invent new ways to solve industrial problems. Provides assistance and direction to less experienced employees. Completes the necessary papers at the end of the shift. Capable of inspecting and identifying defective products, as well as making machine changes to eliminate the source of faults. Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and strong writing and verbal communication skills are necessary.
