About The Position

Perform semiskilled work operating a variety of extrusion equipment, operations include setting up machine base on production orders, maintain production quality, obtain samples for quality control, labeling, and packing of finished products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Must comply with OHSA safety standards when performing job duties.
Must be able to wear respirator to perform machine setup.
Must be able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with other co-workers.

Responsibilities

Check operating controls and safety of equipment prior to operation.
Perform the duty of setting up machine base on production orders.
Monitor material quality for any defects and adjust machine parameters as needed.
Label and pack finished products as it is produced on the machine per work order instructions.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
Must comply with OHSA safety standards when performing job duties.
Must be able to wear respirator to perform machine setup.
Must be able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with other co-workers.
Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
