About The Position
Extrusion Operator|Richmond, Virginia| Now Hiring Compensation: $19.25-$21.00 per hour Available Shift: 12-hour swing shifts which consist of working (5 weeks of 7am - 7pm) and rotating to (7pm - 7am) for 5 weeks with every other weekend off, 2-2-3 schedule TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies Safely and efficiently set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high-quality HDPE film Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift Assure proper packaging and labeling of film Complete daily production reporting
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts
- Work overtime as required
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities
