Compensation:
$19.25-$21.00 per hour
Available Shift:
12-hour swing shifts which consist of working (5 weeks of 7am - 7pm) and rotating to (7pm - 7am) for 5 weeks with every other weekend off, 2-2-3 schedule

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts
• Work overtime as required
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
• Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies
• Safely and efficiently set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high-quality HDPE film
• Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste
• Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures
• Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift
• Assure proper packaging and labeling of film
• Complete daily production reporting
