Responsibilities In this role, you will: Staffing Management Time spent on and with night shift will be required for all the below tasks Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix Keep an up-to-date schedule posted – Vacations/Vacancies/Etc. Participate in shift lead vacancy/loa/vacation coverage Lean Manufacturing Initiatives Manage TPM coordination Manage/assign labor for each AM Complete tasks and add comments in EAM Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads Review/revise AM tasks as needed Coordinate with maintenance before and during TPM events Manage 5S Activities within the Dept Generate 5S assignments Audit completion of tasks and provide feedback Involved in day-to-day continuous improvement activities and problem solving Supplies Management Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed Special projects related to shutdowns, Other tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, MS Suite
• Must have general knowledge of Extrusion processes
