The primary objective of this position is to set up and operate extrusion fill lines and warp lines in accordance with standard operating procedures. The Doffer will doff fill yarn packages, weigh yarn, and use a computer to make inventory tickets. Other duties include patrolling the lines for quality concerns, assisting in starting the lines, cleaning the work area, and operating a powered industrial truck.
