About The Position
Corvac Composites LLC is looking to fill a Extruder Trainee position 3rd Shift at the Morgantown, KY location. The purpose of this position is to produce materials to make car parts within the plant. This position with require machine maintenance, ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot and correct production issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and twist for 10-hour shift
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to use and read a tape measure, mics, calipers, etc.
- Troubleshooting Ability
- Mechanical Ability and Comprehension; previous extrusion experience is preferred
- Persistence
- Pervious forklift experience is preferred. Must be able to obtain and keep a forklift license
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Corvac Composites policies and procedures concerning safety and personal conduct
- Fully participate in and support the Corvac Composites Quality System
- Operate the Extruder
- Troubleshoot any issues with the Extruder
- Minor repairs
- Assist Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
