Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Three years of experience in military, law enforcement, prisoner transport, or Department of Corrections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of experience in military or law enforcement positions.
• Any combat-related experience or special operations is highly preferred.
• Any medical training or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with offenders or law enforcement agencies at all times.
• Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Transport 1-6 offenders at a time with a minimum of 2 agents.
• Conduct hourly check-ins while transporting inmates.
• Follow various communication procedures and reporting processes.
• Take direction and work effectively in a team setting.
