About The Position

The Extraction Technician1 is responsible for safely achieving production demands and quality requirements within a defined time-frame, from preparation to filling, while remaining compliant with hygiene, HACCP and work safety guideline. Your Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to accurately take and document Extractions equipment readings Understanding of proper storage containers and ability to accurately pull and store product Perform proper mixing and sampling procedures of Extraction production products Ability to Operate Vacuum pump Basic understanding of Process Instructions(PI) for Extractions Department Equipment. Proven ability to remain organized and on track while running multiple Extraction Operations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Must be proficient in the use of equipment such as flow meters, scales, steam lines, chart recorders, agitators, pumps, valves, and batch tanks
  • Must be able to reach and understand PI sheets
  • Must be able to read and follow a produciton schedule
