People • Customers • Trust ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING EXTRA BOARD POSITIONS Must have a High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Must be able to work entry-level jobs and be able to work in an industrial environment. Must be willing and able to work an unpredictable 12-hour shift schedule which includes: days, nights, and weekends that can change with very little notice to cover vacancies. Must be willing and able to work overtime and work on most holidays. Two years of work experience is required. Experience in industrial work such as manufacturing, logging, or construction is a plus but not required.
