The Department of Global Health of the Boston University School of Public Health is looking for a qualified external instructor to teach GH 854: Data to Dashboards: Building Excel Skills to Support Health Program Decisions. This course is designed for upper-level MPH students who have basic proficiency with Excel. The course will cover robust formulas, graphing and dashboarding techniques, and data analysis through real-world case studies, including cost and utilization analysis, revenue and expense estimation, and performance dashboards for health interventions. Students will have the opportunity to build their own models to apply to a health service challenge of their choosing. The effective date for this position is the Spring 2025 semester, and it will remain open until filled. Candidates must be USA citizens and must be able to teach all classes in person on the BU Medical Campus.
