As an External Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the Bank’s financial reporting. You’ll support SEC and regulatory filings while gaining exposure to evolving accounting standards and industry requirements. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of accounting or finance experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services industry
• Exposure to SEC or regulatory reporting
• Experience with audit or internal controls
• CPA certification

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SEC filings in compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and regulatory requirements
• Support regulatory reporting for agencies including OCC, FRB, FDIC, and FFIEC
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and analysis aligned with required standards
• Analyze financial data and support internal reporting for key stakeholders
• Research and apply new accounting standards and regulatory guidance
• Support month-end close by identifying and resolving general ledger variances
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes
• Participate in special projects to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
