Reporting to the Deputy Director of Stakeholder Engagement, the External Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating promotional video content for social media, collaborating on promotions and events, and assisting with merchandising in retail sales agent locations. The focus of this role is to promote the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) brand and strengthen relationships with MSLC retail sales agents, players, municipalities, and the general public through storytelling and highlighting excellence throughout the MSLC stakeholder universe. Additionally, the External Marketing Specialist will provide assistance with retail merchandizing including but not limited to promotional materials in retail agent locations, vending, and event execution. Working with both headquarters and regional office personnel to support agent relations, promotional sales, and agent outreach, this role is considered a liaison between the Marketing and Sales departments.
