As the Marketing and Admissions Director for a campus nursing center, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our business excellence goals. This position involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at optimizing total census, mix, and revenue within our nursing centers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Regional Vice President, and Population Health teams to identify barriers affecting total census and census mix. You will be responsible for creating strategies to eliminate or minimize these barriers. Additionally, you will assess professional and community sales opportunities, allocate resources effectively, and manage team sales plans to ensure success. You will also supervise the nursing center Admissions Staff through a dotted line relationship, guiding them to achieve targeted Quality-Mix (QMix) and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of care and compassion, as we strive to improve the quality of care we provide to our patients and residents.
