Requirements

• US CPA licensure in the work state.
• Experience leading the planning, execution, and reporting on audits of financial statements applying US GAAP.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SEC clients using SOX 404 and applying PCAOB standards.
