The External Audit Facilitator is responsible for managing the process for prior authorization and customer service audits/quality control reviews, including implementation audits, for National and Large Local Accounts and/or their representatives. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
