About The Position
Preferred Qualifications Exteriors Technician I, II and III : Associate degree in a building trade, participation in an apprenticeship program, and/or equivalent experience. Experience with Masonry tuckpointing, exposed, aesthetic, and expansion joint caulking, and/or structural and decorative stone restoration is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. Exteriors Technician I: Experience in roofing and building envelope maintenance.
