About The Position

The Exteriors team member will be part of the Exteriors department, responsible for installing tires on house axles and other assigned duties, with a strong emphasis on detail to ensure the house is aesthetically pleasing for customers. This role is classified as a level CHARLIE position.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 70+lbs on a continuous basis
• Ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift
• Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours during the work day
• Requires an eye for detail

Nice To Haves

• Basic measuring skills is desired
• Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred

Responsibilities

• Install tires on the axels for each house
• Complete up to 4-6 floors per day
• Perform other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help internal and external departments
• Ensure the house is beautiful for customers with an eye for detail
