About The Position

Trademark sign LLC is seeking a skilled Exterior Sign Installer / General Tradesman to join our growing team. We are a fast paced, high quality signage company working on projects across South Florida and beyond. This is not an entry-level-role, we are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, show up ready, and can execute in the field without constant supervision. What You'll Do Install a wide range of signage: Channel letters (raceways & direct mount) Monuments & pylon signs Wall signs, blade signs, ADA signage Final graphics & large format installs Read and interpret shop drawings, permits, and site plans Operate lifts, ladders, and basic rigging safely Work with power tools, anchors, and various mounting systems Coordinate with project managers and field teams Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and code requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in: Sign installation OR General construction / electrical / carpentry trades Strong mechanical ability and problem solving skills Ability to work at and in outdoor conditions Clean, professional attitude on job sites Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to travel when needed (FL and Occasional out-of-state work) Ability to be covered by Trademark Sign Insurance, clean driving record with no major or recent violations Bonus Skills (Big Plus) Crane or bucket truck experience Electrical sign wiring / troubleshooting Welding or fabrication experience Experience pulling permits or working with inspections Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Overtime opportunities Steady, year-round work Growth opportunity into lead installer / foreman roles Work with a company expanding across multiple states Paid Time Off Why Trademark Sign We are building a team of professionals who want long-term growth, not just a job. Requirements

3+ years of experience in:
Sign installation OR
General construction / electrical / carpentry trades
Strong mechanical ability and problem solving skills
Ability to work at and in outdoor conditions
Clean, professional attitude on job sites
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to travel when needed (FL and Occasional out-of-state work)
