About The Position

If you enjoy working outdoors, using tools, and being part of a team, this is a great place to start or grow your career in construction. 🛠️ What You’ll Do: Install siding and roofing materials on buildings. Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and nail guns. Work safely at heights using ladders and fall protection. Read and follow instructions and blueprints (for advanced levels). Keep your work area clean and organized. Help your team complete projects on time and with high quality. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Willing to learn and follow directions. Good with tools and hands-on work. Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet. Comfortable working outside in all weather. Pays attention to detail and works safely. Has reliable transportation. Can work well with a team.
