About The Position
GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a locally owned and operated modular manufacturing company 20 minutes outside of Salem, OR. This position is responsible for carpentry exterior siding work.
Requirements
- Carpentry, siding and/or construction experience.
- Willing to learn and follow directions.
- Good with tools and hands-on work.
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather.
- Pays attention to detail and works safely.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Can work well with a team.
Responsibilities
- Install siding and roofing materials on buildings.
- Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and nail guns.
- Work safely at heights using ladders and fall protection.
- Read and follow instructions and blueprints (for advanced levels).
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Help your team complete projects on time and with high quality.
