As an Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator - DS, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our store premises. You'll be responsible for ensuring our outdoor spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to customer service, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Requirements

• You possess the skills and experience necessary to maintain landscaping and lawn care effectively.
• You are a team player who can collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Be at least 21 years of age (Required for DOT operator - DS)
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work.
• Must be able to pass all contingencies - Medical Exam, Drug Screen, MVR, and BG
• Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
• Landscaping - mowing, trimming, and pruning year - round exp
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Maintain the landscaping and lawn care of our store premises, ensuring a well-groomed and inviting environment.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain landscaping and lawn care effectively.
• Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round
• Perform grounds maintenance on the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment
• Be part of a team of associates responsible for all aspects of the landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
• Adhere to the highest standards of safety, security, and integrity ensuring compliance with corporate policies as well as local, federal, and state requirements
