Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior home repair, including knowledge of roofing and siding.
Familiarity with a range of exterior materials and installation techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
