Requirements

Experienced in sales (at least 2-3 years preferred)
Comfortable climbing roofs, walking job sites, and knocking doors
Tech-friendly and ready to use CRMs and mobile apps for follow-up
Confident, coachable, self-driven, and community-minded

Nice To Haves

Experience with exterior remodeling
Experience with insurance claims
Experience with storm damage inspections
