About The Position

America's Home Pros is seeking two Project Managers to oversee residential exterior painting projects across the Phoenix Metro Area. The role involves managing various aspects of exterior painting and repair, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction while driving throughout the valley.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in exterior residential repainting.
• Strong painting skills and ability to execute punch lists.
• Excellent customer service skills for face-to-face interactions.
• Solid understanding of technology, including apps, email, scanning, and Google Sheets.
• Possess basic hand tools and power tools.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong attendance record and a desire for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential exterior painting projects from start to finish.
• Execute punch lists and ensure quality control on painting jobs.
• Communicate effectively with customers face-to-face to address their needs and concerns.
• Utilize technology and apps for project management and communication.
• Drive 4-5 hours a day to various job sites across the valley.
• Maintain organization and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
