About The Position

The Exterior Aircraft Clean Supervisor leads and coordinates a team to maintain aircraft exterior cleanliness, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, staff training, and collaboration with airport departments while managing inventory and reporting. The Exterior Aircraft Clean Supervisor leads a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of aircraft exteriors. This role involves scheduling and coordinating cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. The supervisor is responsible for training and guiding staff in the proper use of specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals, and for monitoring team performance to ensure both efficiency and thoroughness. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with maintenance and operations departments to integrate cleaning activities smoothly into airport processes, while also managing administrative tasks such as inventory control and reporting.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
