The role plays an integral part in advancing farm transition and estate planning education across Ohio by assisting with program marketing, registration management, participant communication, material preparation, and on‑site logistics for outreach events. It maintains key operational systems, including databases of OFTN members and agricultural professionals, ensuring accurate records, contact lists, evaluation data, and program metrics. The position also compiles evaluation summaries and helps prepare reports used for internal planning, grant compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
